General terms and conditions

By booking an event you agree to the following terms and conditions and our privacy policy.


1. REGISTRATION, SIGN UP AND PAYMENT
Before you can participate in an event, you must register online and make the payment. Your registration is final when we have received your payment. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

2. PARTICIPANTS
Each participant must be single and must register in his/her age category. If you do not meet these conditions dare may refuse your registration.

We guarantee a minimum of 8 participants per event. If this number is not reached, the event will be cancelled and the registration fee will be refunded.

3. ANNULATION
Once you have registered for an event, no refunds are possible.

If dare cancels a speed dating event, you may choose to either re-enrol for a speed dating event of your choice or receive a refund. You will be notified in good time.

4. YOU ARE LATE
If you are unable to attend, please let the host know as soon as possible. His/her details can always be found in the confirmation email you received. There is no refund option if you miss a part of the event. However, there is still time to talk to everyone after the individual speed dates.

5. MATCHES
dare always does its utmost best to create the perfect environment for singles to meet their match. If you do not have a match after a speed dating event, dare is not liable for this. If you have any questions or if you think something went wrong you can always contact the staff. They will help you within 24 hours.
If there is a match, only the data you want to lose will be sent to your match.

6. RESPONSABILITY
dare can never and in no way be held liable for any form of damage to and / or theft of personal property during one of its events.

dare is also not liable for accidents, neither during nor after its events.

dare is also not liable for contacts resulting from its events. We insist that our events always run smoothly and pleasantly; if inappropriate behaviour is shown, we ask you to report this as soon as possible to the host so that they can take the necessary steps and dare can remove the person in question from its membership file.
Each participant is responsible for communicating his/her details at our events. dare will never provide complete personal data to third parties, unless the participant gives his/her explicit consent.

dare has the right to deny anyone access to its events without being held accountable. Among other things, but not only, because of:

• inappropriate behavior towards the host, participants, or staff at the location
• disclosing personal information about other participants
• any reason deemed sufficient by the host. The host is not obliged to provide a reason. 

If a person is refused admission to an event, they shall not be entitled to any compensation of any kind or to a refund of the registration fee.
